Community Support Network is a community mental health agency connected to Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare. Since May of 1990, CSN has been serving SMD clients in the areas of case management, counseling, forensic, medication management and psychiatric treatment. The agency has three teams: Forensic Community Treatment Team, the Extended Care Community Treatment Team and the Home Based Recovery Service. The program frequently links with clients while they are still in Twin Valley and provides the continuity of care needed to transition into safe and stable community living. The guiding principle under which services are unified at CSN is the Psychiatric Recovery model.
