Rosemont Center is a treatment facility for young persons and their families experiencing difficulty. We are dedicated to fostering their growth through an array of mental health and individual/group treatment services. Services provided:
  • Community Support Program: provides 24-hour, 7-day-a-week case manager availability to assist emotionally disordered adolescents in achieving and maintaining self-sufficiency through strengthening of personal and family abilities and resources.
  • Crisis Care & Assessment Center: provides a safe, temporary residence for adolescent girls and boys between the ages of 6-11 and 12-18 year-old young women who are in a crisis situation.
  • Day Treatment/Partial Hospitalization: is a chartered school that includes mental health, alcohol and other drug treatment for boys and girls, ages 12-18.
  • Outpatient Services: provides mental health services to youth and families from birth to age 19, using a competency based focus that builds on strengths and health utilizing solution focused therapy which involves both the child and their family. Both biological and foster families are required to be actively involved in the child's treatment.
  • R.O.A.D.S.: "Rethinking Our Attitudes and Decisions about Safety," provides residential treatment for sexually reactive 6-12 year-old boys.
  • Therapeutic Foster Care: provides treatment services in a community-based setting for children and adolescents.
  • Pathways: Center for Assessment & Planning: provides short-term placements (7-10 days) for the purpose of Diagnostic Assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for youth and establish treatment goals and recommendations. Rosemont Center will convene a staffing within 7 days of placement to discuss the results of the Diagnostic Assessment. A final report will be produced that includes the assessment, treatment goals, and the rationale for the recommended level of care. Rosemont Center staff will attend court hearings to support the plan if requested by the referring agency. This program is for females, ages 6-18, males, ages 6-12; assessments on an Outpatient basis can be provided for youth of all ages.
  • Sexual Abuse Treatment Program: provides individual and family counseling for children who have experienced sexual abuse. The program also provides services to those rare few who have developed sexual behavior problems. Families, both biological and foster, are required to be actively involved in the child's treatment. This program serves children of all ages who have been sexually abused, children with sexual behavior problems, girls of all ages, boys younger than 12.
