NetCare Access: 24-hour mental health and substance abuse crisis and comprehensive assessment services for children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Emergency response by phone, on-site or through mobile services. Alcohol and other drug assessments for all ages. Call for locations.

Services include mental health crisis respite and crisis stabilization. Probate pre-screening provides mental diagnostic evaluations and facilitation for hospitalization in conjunction with the Franklin County Probate Court. Mental health and AOD assessments are located at the common pleas, municipal and juvenile courts, Franklin County Children Services. Critical Incident Stress Management offers assistance to reduce or manage post traumatic stress. Community Crisis Response team provides 24-hour, on-the-scene support services to citizens faced with traumatic experiences.
