Outpatient Counseling Program for chemical use/abuse provides counseling for individuals, groups and families who are using, abusing or addicted to alcohol or other drugs. Special services for chemically dependent women. Services to decrease abusive and addictive use of alcohol and other drugs among African Americans, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders/Asians, person with low incomes and other minorities. HIV/AIDS education and prevention services. Group activity to explore the root causes and reduce the incidence of violence in the community.
