Provides services to staff, students, and families of Franklin County public schools. Some services available to private schools and the general public. Safe and Drug-Free Schools Consortium offers programs and services to prevent violence and the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs among students. Professional development, student prevention, and family intervention programs and technical assistance. The Resource Center is a circulating library of curriculum, books, games, and videos on violence and substance abuse prevention.
