The Dublin Counseling Center offers outpatient mental health and alcohol and other drug treatment which can include individual, family, couples and group counseling for all ages and/or community-based case management services. Services are provided at our outpatient clinic located at 299 Cramer Creek Court in Dublin, Ohio or in community based locations such as homes, school settings, medical offices and other convenient locations. Dublin Counseling Center’s therapists are well trained in trauma-informed treatment modalities which focus on individuals who have experienced traumatic events in their lives. Specialized therapeutic groups include Anger Management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Depression & Anxiety, Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse and Women’s Empowerment.
The following is a list highlighting of some of the specialized programming Dublin Counseling Center has in place to meet the needs of Dublin and Central Ohio residents:
- “At a Loss” support group for parents who have lost children.
- Youth Diversion Program in partnership with Dublin Police Department.
- “Family to Family” support group in partnership with Mental Health America for parents of persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
- “renew” a hospital diversion program targeting young people aged 18-25 in partnership with Concord Counseling and COVA.
- 24/7 On-Call Emergency Crisis Assessment and Linkage in the Dublin Methodist Emergency Department.
- CAPP Driver Intervention Program-72-Hour, State Certified, Driver Intervention Program held 16 to 17 weekends a year.
- Cancer Support Group at Dublin Recreation Center for Dublin City Employees.
- Specialized community-based programming targeting the biological parents of children in the foster care system in partnership with Permanent Family Solutions Network.
Dublin Counseling Center also provides consultation and community education services on behalf of schools, civic organizations, businesses and other non-profits.
