The Concord staff is a team of licensed professionals with degrees in psychiatry, social work, counseling, nursing, and substance abuse treatment. Well respected, with a reputation for service excellence, we offer a culture of inclusion, acceptance and respect for the members of our community struggling with mental illness and addiction. Not everyone who needs our help is undergoing life-threatening circumstances. Concord is also here to help people overcome stress, depression, grief, anxiety and other psychological disorders that threaten their ability to live fulfilling lives. Our services include psychiatry and medication management, case management and groups for those with chronic mental illness, drug and alcohol treatment programs, and counseling for people 3-98 years old. Age-related services include: drop-out prevention for middle and high school students, intensive intervention for young adults (18-25) to prevent re-hospitalization, and services to help seniors remain independent and free from depression.
