Phil Hedden is the Consumer and Family Advocate for the ADAMH Board of Franklin County. In this position, Phil handles consumer and family member grievances and concerns, educates consumers on personal rights, staffs the Consumer and Family Advocacy Council, and offers support to the agency client rights officers.
Phil is a licensed social worker; he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
Phil joined the ADAMH Board in 2001 as Facilities Evaluator. Phil brings years of experience to this position, having worked for the Center of Vocational Alternatives as a career developer and at Columbus Area, Inc. as a case manager. Phil has been a part of the ADAMH System of Care, working with different providers, since 1984.
