Adult Care Facilities (ACF’s) and Adult Group Homes are homes that are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health to provide housing and minimum care for 3 – 16 unrelated adults who are unable to live independently in the community. They provide assistance with supervision and personal care including assistance with activities of daily living. Some also provide help with dietary needs and self administered medication.
