2006 Provider Satisfaction Report
This year’s Provider Satisfaction Survey (PSS) results showed a 1% improvement in the provider’s level of satisfaction with ADAMH services when compared to the result from 2005. It was also the fifth consecutive year of continuous improvement since the inception of the annual survey in 2001.
The purpose of the survey is to:
- To assess ADAMH service performance from a provider perspective;
- To benchmark our progress on improving provider satisfaction;
- To continuously improve ADAMH functions and leadership in meeting provider needs; and
- To enhance collaboration and partnership among network providers and the Board.
