The Franklin County ADAMH Board utilizes the Addiction Severity Index (ASI), Ohio Department of Mental Health Outcomes Framework Initiative instruments, and the Consumer Questionnaire 8 (CSQ-8) to evaluate the services received by consumers of ADAMH-funded programs. In 2003, Planning, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement staff completed four outcomes reports on four target populations.

More than 86% of adults reported that their Alcohol or Other Drug treatment was effective. To view additional findings, click on the following links:
70% of SMD clients showed improvement in at least one of the 3 major areas: reduction in symptoms distress, improvement of quality, and improvement in overall empowerment. To view additional findings, click on the following links:
