Our Programs
Once the three to five year ADAMH Goals are established by the ADAMH Board of Trustees, the ADAMH staff meets to develop the ADAMH Business Plan to measure monthly, quarterly and annual progress toward achieving the ADAMH Goals and fulfilling the Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
The ADAMH Performance Plan has three Lines of Business that align the ADAMH Goals and individual staff performance goals:

To provide Human Resource, Facility and Equipment, Financial Management, and Information Support Services to the ADAMH Board of Trustees and staff so they can achieve their goals and fulfill the Board's mission |
