Purpose:

The purpose of the Human Resources Program is to provide employee training, ADAMH Board and system recruitment and recruitment strategies, consultation, compensation review, and benefits coordination services to improve retention and recruitment of system clinical staff and help ADAMH Board staff become more productive.
