ADAMH Performance Plan
Our 2011 Strategic Performance Plan outlines the overall goals for the ADAMH Board of Franklin County, as well as the goals determined for each department within the organization, set forth by the Franklin County Commissioners in the Managing for Results initiative. Through this initiative, ADAMH will utilize performance-based management to achieve results that aim to improve the well being of the Franklin County community by reducing the incidence of mental health problems and the abuse of alcohol and other drugs.
