Provider Satisfaction Report

In June of 2009, the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County conducted a survey to evaluate the satisfaction level of the ADAMH Provider’s of Care.

The purpose of the survey is:

  • To assess ADAMH service performance from a provider perspective;
  • To benchmark our progress on improving provider satisfaction;
  • To continuously improve ADAMH functions and leadership in meeting provider needs; and
  • To enhance collaboration and partnership among network providers and the Board.

The results of this survey indicate that the satisfaction level of the ADAMH Provider’s of Care remained high, but decreased slightly from 3.31 in 2006 to 3.18 in 2008 (a 3.9 percent decrease). The survey was based on a 4 point scale, with a score of 3 indicating Mostly Satisfied, and 4 being Very Satisfied.
