Job Description:
Work with young people.  Make a difference.  Provide one-on-one and group supervision, intervention, and behavioral leadership of young people in residential care.  Full-time.

Job Requirements:
• 21+ years of age
• The ability to handle physical and recreational activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• Good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents within the past 3 years) 
• Familiarity with mental health diagnoses, trauma survivors, dual diagnosis, and/or substance abuse issues preferred.
• Professional (non-volunteer) experience working with adolescents also preferred.
